Thank you so much for supporting my small shop! Many of our products are handmade with love, which means that slight variations or imperfections may occur. These unique details are part of the charm and are not considered defects. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept refunds or returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully check every order before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged (for example, a broken binder), please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll be happy to replace the item or offer store credit.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom or personalized orders

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
